• หลังจบ session สามารถแสดงการทำ Endometrial sampling กับหุ่นได้ถูกต้อง

After attending the session, the participants will be able to:-

Preparation: หุ่นฝึกปฏิบัตการ , ก้านสำลี , เบตาดีน , กระปุกฟอร์มาลิน , endosampling tube , speculum, sterile glove

Learning experience:

- ชี้แจงวัตถุประสงค์ 5 นาที

• บรรยายเนื้อหาขั้นตอนการทำ Endometrial sampling ข้อบ่งชี้ และภาวะแทรกซ้อน 10 นาที

• อาจารย์สาธิตวิธีการทำ 5 นาที

• Ext ฝึกปฏิบัติคนละ 10 นาที ( รวม 20 นาที )

• Formative feedback คนละ 2.5 นาที

• สอบปฏิบัติ คนละ 5 นาที ( รวม 10 นาที )

• Summative Feedback และ Q&A รายบุคคล คนละ 2.5 นาที

Objectives :

1.มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรค Breast neoplasm ที่พบได้บ่อยในเวชปฏิบัติ

2.สามารถซักประวัติและตรวจร่างกาย Lab X-ray แยกโรคระหว่าง Binign และmalignant

3.ให้คำแนะนำเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับโรคการดูแลรักษาและการพยากรโรค

Preparation :

1. Lecture,ppt

2. หุ่นจำลอง Brest examination

3. สาธิตวิธีตรวจ (obs.OPD)

4. Q & A(ขั้นตอน practice and feedback)

Objective: เมื่อจบรายวิชา นักศึกษาสามารถประเมินพัฒนาการเด็กอายุ 1-5 ปี ได้เหมาะสมตามวัย

ด้วยเครื่อง มือ Denver II

preparation:

1) pre-class ผ่านการเรียนรู้พฤติกรรมศาสตร์และพัฒนาการมนุษย์

2) อุปกรณ์การตรวจและ แบบประเมิน Denver II

Learning experience:

0-30 min orientation แจ้งวัตถุประสงค์การเรียนรู้

09.00-10.00 briefing skill and knowledge by supervisor

Clinical practice: 1 แบ่ง นักศึกษา เป็น 3 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 2 คน (อาจารย์ผู้คุม 1 ท่าน ต่อ 1 กลุ่ม)

2 อาจารย์เตรียมผู้ป่วยและแจ้งผู้ปกครอง

3 อาจารย์พานักศึกษาฝึกตรวจพัฒนาการ โดยใช้อุปกรณ์และแบบประเมิน Denver II

4 สรุปผลและแจ้งผล การประเมินพัฒนาการต่อผู้ปกครอง

debrief: ให้นักศึกษาแพทย์ reflection และอาจารย์ผู้คุมแก่นักศึกษาแพทย์

Assessment: สอบ OSCE โดยมีเกณฑ์ที่ 60 เปอร์

10.00-11.00: lecture: foot and ankle examination

11.00-12.00: workshop: foot and ankle examination
