         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>-</strong> Most people think that childcare and housework are women's responsibilities and the part of working outside the home and bringing the money is the obligation of the men.<br><br>- Currently women are the ones who have many insecurities and stress, because despite having to deal alone with their own mental load they also have to deal with that of the children and their partner.<br><br>- It is difficult for women to bear triple the mental loads, because carrying the mental burdens of others can cause their own to break.<br><br>- It is good for couples to have the conversation of knowing how to split up the housework</div><div><br>- Studies show that it is essential that couples have equality in the care of their children, this will make the family and the relationship of their children with the parents better.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Clean dishes, clean clothes, the shopping list for house and having a job, these are several things a woman thinks about, but it has a name and is called <strong>the mental load</strong></div><div><br>-<strong>The metal load </strong>it affects in an inevitable way because even if you don't want to, it stays in your head.</div><div><br>-It is not genetic at all that wives are in charge of cleaning the house, but a bad habit has been established on the part of the husband.</div><div><br>-A problem occurs when the wife or mother of the family takes care of everything and is absent for a few days. It greatly affects the family in general, creating a bad habit.<br><br>-Previous generations begin to give the same example of household roles to their children, creating a cycle that does not end generation after generation.<br><br>- By having to work and also take care of the house without help, they do 75% of the responsibilities within the relationship.<br><br><br></div><div><br><br></div><div><br><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
