  • Under the led from my colleague, I helped my colleague to write the itinerary of some tourism attractions. I learned that the photos that we chose was the most important factor which can affect the attractiveness of tourism packages to customer directly. 
  • The simple tips to attract customer by using travel package is avoid use many words and the mainpoint must be highlighted. Besides, I also learned to set the price of travel package for langkawi package. 
    This is because customer asked about the price of langkawi package through Facebook. So, my colleague also taught me some steps about setting the price.
  • We have to ask customers about their travel date and number of person. 
  • Once we know the details, we will check the price of flight ticket online and find out the price of hotel at the list of langkawi hotels. The price of hotel depends on the types of room and the ranking of hotel. 
  • The total price of langkawi package was set after we added on some trivial money (mark up) on the price of flight ticket and hotel.

  •  A meeting was held after lunch time to mention the recent issues and find out the solutions together. Leader also told me the things need to keep in mind, such as we have to greet with customer once they entry. Then pour water for customers to drink if they stay more than awhile. Please ask if have any questions. After the meeting, leader asked me to write some information about Semporna so that I could put it on the company's website.

  • He also commented my title of the introduction was not good enough. The title must be mysterious and the first photo which present before reader click to read more is very important.

  • The price of room is fixed but have to pay attention on the surcharge. The surcharge of Holiday season and Weekend might be different.
  • We have to know the inclusive and exclusive of  travel package.
  • We have to know the travel package is belong to which market like FIT/GIC or SIC. 
  • Child Policy. What years old until what years old is FOC. 
  • Must know to get on board in which jetty to transfer to the destination. How long time to arrival the resort. Need across how many station to the destination.

  • I learnt one of the important thing by editing the video is I should ask my boss about the main photos which should be put in the video.

  • We have our own format of send the travel package price to customer via online.
