''Luchi''
This deep fried flatbread is probably Calcutta's favorite cocoa. Made from flour-shelf flour and bleached maida flour are usually fried in oil or ghee until crisp. Combine them with foil or any other rich curry for a truly soothing Bengal snack.

A bengal meal is not complete enough without a portion of this delicious lentil curry from bengal grana or chana dal.
