         <description><![CDATA[<p>METHOD: Different groups of Participants listened to either a hostile message spoken in a friendly voice or a friendly message spoken in a hostile voice. </p><p>RESULTS: When participants were asked to interpret the message given it was found that tone of voice is 5 times more effective than the message its self.</p><p>CONCLUSION: Tone of voice effects the conveying of message.</p>]]></description>
