         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hilton Hotel , KL is a  5-star business hotel is situated in the heart of the vibrant KL Central area. It was launched in the year 2004. <br>The property is owned by a Japanese man who's name can't be revealed. <br>Hilton Hotel , KL consist of 38 floors , 503 rooms which are the Guest Rooms , Suites &amp; the Executive Rooms. This hotel alone has 700 employees in total. Their revenue comes 50% from room bookings whereas the remaining 50% from their 10 food and beverage outlets.<br><br>Conrad Hilton is the founder of this company nearly a 100 years ago. In total , there are 6 hotels in Malaysia that is open and running under Hilton Hotels &amp; Resorts which are located in Petaling Jaya , Johor Bharu , Sabah , Kuching  and 2 in Kuala Lumpur. These 6 hotels have a sum of 2800 employees working under them.<br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

They have their own recruitment method which is called TALEO.          <description><![CDATA[<div>a) Employee referrals -  it’s one of the most cost-effective and effective methods to hire a strong candidate. Furthermore, a referred hire will stay at their job longer than a traditional hire.  Specifically, one study by<a href="http://www.eremedia.com/ere/10-compelling-numbers-that-reveal-the-power-of-employee-referrals/"> </a>JobVite found that 46 percent of referred hires stuck around for at least one year after they were hired, which was far above the 33 percent of people hired through career sites and 22 percent hired through job boards. <br><br>b) Professional recruiting organisations - Various agencies can be used to recruit personnel. Public employment exchanges, management consulting firms, professional societies, temporary help societies, trade unions, labor contractors are the main agencies. Examples of professional recruiting agencies are Randstad Malaysia,  Job Link Malaysia, EPS Malaysia - Recruitment &amp; Outsourcing Agency and REED Malaysia. </div>]]></description>

Here in Hilton, they provide their employee with plenty of freedom during their break. Their resting place is called Heart of Spice which is located at the Heart of House. In there, they can eat all they want, use the pool tables, computer labs and they are also provided with high-class restrooms.  Free WiFi is also provided for them.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Safety needs is an essential for our security and protection. Hilton is one of the most safest hotel in Malaysia because this is the only hotel that tracks for bombs beneath the car or  in the trunk. It's called the anti-terrorist car bomb checking system where a guard goes around the car with a mirror pointing towards the bottom section of the car looking for a live wire hanging beneath the car. the ground. If the wire is no longer in contact with the ground, the bomb can be activated within a 500 meter radius. This system is practiced because KL Central is the hottest place for terrorist attacks. Besides that, Hilton also has an annual police/safety  bomb threat training purely for bomb threats where the police actually share and show the employees bomb shells and types of bombs. They also have drills and give simulations to look for bombs annually . Also, most of the employees are first aid certified as it very important when it comes to emergency situation. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Social needs is more of a relationship between the management and the employees. Team building activities are organised by Hilton every year to create a stronger relationship between the employees and the management.  Besides that, they have something called Heart of Hilton where they motivate and give employees love so that they feel belonged. Furthermore, one department is recognized every month depending on their performance and they will be rewarded in terms of money and that particular department can either go for trips , movies or a good dinner depending on their favors. So , at the end of every year , every department will be recognized. </div>]]></description>

The need for self-actualization is met when the visionary’s ultimate vision comes into reality.  According to one of the HR manager that was interviewed, Hilton happens to be one of the highly awarded and recognized hotels in Malaysia. Hilton Kuala Lumpur has received more than 100 awards since the hotel opened in 2004 . Also, Hilton Hotel is one of the top EVITA hotels for the whole of Southeast Asia. The definition of EVITA is a company which generates a high amount of revenue. The growth of their company has enhanced to the point where there are three more Hilton Properties that are yet to be opened in Malacca , Penang &amp; Chow Kit, KL.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A virtual team usually refers to a group of individuals who work together from different geographic locations and rely on communication technology such as email, FAX, and video or voice conferencing services in order to collaborate.  They have complementary skills and are committed to a common purpose, have interdependent performance goals, and share an approach to work for which they hold themselves mutually accountable.  A virtual team does not always mean teleworkers. <br>At Hilton , their national sales office team handles the sales for the whole of Malaysia and they feed the business into each of the 6 hotels in Malaysia. Each Hilton property has a Group , Conference &amp; Events (GC&amp;E team which is the sales team that handles everything from sales to running of the events at the hotels. They communicate among other properties on handling functions , seminars , conferences or events at appropriate locations. Other than that , they also have the national marketing team that handles the marketing for all the properties in the whole of Malaysia. For example , their a national team. So , this team works to feed information into the 6 Hilton properties in Malaysia. They will plan and organize the given events throughout the year using marketing strategies. </div>]]></description>
