         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Today my Head of Department (HOD), Miss Ooi introduced all the staffs  to me  after that she passed me to the supervisor, Miss Kwan.<br>They told me all the places and area in hospital. This is because the patients will come and ask us when they don't know how to go and we need to show them the direction. I need to remember such as old, new building of hospital, each department, which floor to which floor are the wards and etc.<br>2) They ask me to stand at the reception counter there, stand at the number printed machine there. Ask the patients is new patients from this hospital or old patients. If is old patients, need to ask them whether got appointment with doctors or not. Then i need to help the patients press the button. I stand there to serve and help patients from 7am-9am.<br>3) After 9am in the morning, i back to my department. They ask me to reply some messages which sent from other countries' patients questions and what they want to know. I need to reply them via email, if some of the questions i don't know, i will ask the senior staffs to tell me the correct information. <br>4) They ask me to do some paper works and key in the foreign patients details.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) As usual, me stand at the reception counter there to serve and help the patients press the registration queue number.<br>2) After that i back to office and continue update patients details into computer. <br>3) Today they give me something new to learn and work is they arrange me with a malay senior staff, Zul sit at the counter. The duty is record those patients' details in a book(such as name, passport number, contact number, visit or register to see which doctor, or do medical check up), then help them keep their luggage in baggage room. <br>4) After come back from lunch time, i back to office to reply some email from foreign patients questions and problems and answer calls. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) As usual, me stand at the reception counter there to serve and help the patients press the registration queue number.<br>2) After that, i back to the customer service counter there to sit with my senior partner and waiting the foreign patients to request for keeping their luggage while they waiting to see doctor. As usual, i will record their name, passport number, contact number, see which doctor and how many luggage will give to us to keep in the baggage room.<br>3) Something new to learn today is i follow one of the senior staff went to the ward and ask, do some survey from those patients about the feedback and comments on Lam Wah Ee Hospital. We need to record down and go back our department to investigate out or provide some good ideas for those bad comments, the purpose is to improve it and o attract more foreign or local patients to come and visit to have medical treatment at this hospital. We not only do survey or ask those patients in the wards, we also got ask those patients who are waiting at outside clinic while waiting their turn to see doctor and also those patients queued to register at reception and admission counter. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Me stand at the reception counter there to serve and help the patients press the registration queue number.<br>2) Then, I bring the foreign patients who only do medical checkup to 7th floor of Lam Wah Ee Hospital (LWEH). Most of the foreign patients (Indonesian, Vietnamese) like to come to Malaysia to do medical checkup and bring them the way to medical checkup clinic there.&nbsp;<br>3) Something new today is I follow two malay senior staffs go to Penang airport to fetch the Indonesians family to the van and bring them to hospital. LWEH also got provide shuttle van services (transportation service provided). But one things is they need to call and booked and tell us the time they arrived in Penang. </div>]]></description>

I need to reply them via email, if some of the questions i don't know, i will ask the senior staffs to tell me the correct information.&nbsp;<br>3) At 2pm, I sit at the main lobby customer service counter there to wait for serve people who faced any problem.<br>4) I need to transfer call, collect the post parcels and communicate with patients when they asked some questions and help to solve for them.<br>5) Every months, LWEH will update every corners of some awareness topic for patients and public to read it. I help some of the nurses and senior staffs to set up the booth and paste on all the information and also help them to decorate. For example, last month is recycle and this month is about breastfeeding. </div>]]></description>
