What is 'Climate Change'? Climate change is a long-term change in the average weather patterns that have come to define Earth's local, regional and global climates. These changes have a broad range of observed effects. However, in current society there is a debate on whether or not climate change is real.
Is Climate Change real or fake? According to NASA, many satellites have picked up on a drastic change of temperature throughout the years. Climate change has apparently been happening since the beginning of time. For example, the ice age.  Many people think climate change is apocalyptic. However, many activist deny this and say climate change is real, but it isn't a big deal. For example, a scientist at the National Climate Change Administration stated that climate change is real but we still have plenty of time to save the planet. In contrast, Climate activists Greta Thunburg stated that we only have up to 12 years until are actions aren't reversible and we send earth into impending doom.
What is my personal opinion? Personally I believe we are running out of time to reverse climate change and save the planet. The iceburgs are melting and many vital animals are going extinct before our eyes because of our inhumane actions on the earth. We can switch to a healthier, earth supporting life style to save earth as we know it. Before we know it, it will be too late to save the planet which is our only home.
What is the significance of the Climate Change movement? The climate change movement is very significant to our society because it affects us also. If we fail to save the earth we will all suffer the consequences to our own actions. The world will end and we will no longer have a place to live. Climate change is indeed real and we need to do whats not only best for the planet, but also what is best for us.
