         <description><![CDATA[<p>Hello co-workers,</p><p>Being responsible for the team’s<strike> innovative vitality
and energy</strike><b> innovation policy</b> I would like to propose some changes that will improve our staff productivity. </p><p>According to my survey <strike>about</strike> <b>on</b> our team’s productivity
I’ve discovered that most of breakages and losses <strike>are made</strike> <b>occurred</b> because of <strike>inattention</strike> <b>neglect</b> and fatigue. Taking into account our working schedule I’d just like to suggest some improvements:<span style="font-size: 13px;">&nbsp;</span></p><p>some physical <strike>trainings</strike> <b>activities</b> <strike>won’t be useless</strike> <b>could help</b> to <strike>discharge</strike> <b>recharge</b> team’s <strike>work</strike> activity and increase its productivity and attention. We should provide our staff with <b>a</b> gym. One hour a day <strike>in the work schedule</strike> of <b>physical activities</b> will be enough to support team’s morale and
health <strike>conditions</strike>;</p><p>to keep staff healthy we have to attract some trainers (jogging, fitness, track,
weightlifting) to vary <strike>our sports leagues</strike> <b>a range of activities</b> so that everybody could choose what they like most of all;</p><p>healthy food is a key to success. <strike>Being energetic</strike> our staff should consume <strike>starches. </strike>Fruit<strike>s</strike> and vegetables <strike>are full of them</strike>. Every lunch in the company’s canteen should <strike>be</strike> consisted of fruit<strike>s</strike> or vegetables;</p><p>
coffee break <strike>it</strike> is <strike>urgent</strike> <b>an important part</b> of the workday. <strike>Thanks to</strike> <b>During</b> the break people can relax and think about other stuff which is not connected with their job responsibility. So <b>the</b> more people relax, <b>the</b> <strike>less</strike> <b>fewer</b> breakages they cause;</p><p>&nbsp;
<strike>of course there is carrot but it should be a sticks</strike>. People that show the lowest
<strike>indicator of profitability</strike> <b>performance</b> <b>results</b> won’t have any bonuses <strike>in</strike> <b>at</b> the end of every month; </p><p>&nbsp;
wild nature and fresh air <strike>it</strike> is <b>a</b> <b>good way to relax</b> <strike>tool for the nerves fixing </strike>. Stress in the work place is <strike>essential</strike> <b>the</b> reason why our colleagues make <strike>fatal</strike> <b>serious</b> mistakes which cause losses. Weekend cruises will help to cheer up after the overloaded workweek.</p><p>So, to recap, we all should be careful <strike>to each other</strike>.
Do not forget that good morale and high productivity are the most important

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Hello colleagues.</p><p>We have no time, we must carry the ball.</p><p>Leading cause of our losses is our logistics.</p><p>We <strike>lost</strike> <b>have been losing</b> parcels on the way to our customers.</p><p>We schould give up on mail delivery and use <b>an</b> express company with favourable terms for us.          <description><![CDATA[<p>I am totally convinced that the problem with breakages and losses happens due not motivated staff.&nbsp;<br>Most of all employes work on fixed salary. It would be better if employees gane a percentage of sales and from the work performed and maybe the awards or bonuses.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Hello everybody)</p><p>I partly agree with yours opinion, but I thing that the main issue is incorrectly making strategy development of the company.</p><p> Mistakes made in the working out of the strategy doesn't allow employees to move in the right direction.</p><p> Thats why in a case of mistakes correction workers will be able to work effectively and make a profit.</p>]]></description>
