Time to start our meeting! The burning issue is a big number of breakages and losses at the company. Something must be done about it; if we don't find a solution soon, we might lose a considerable share of the market. Your suggestions?

Being responsible for the team’s innovative vitality and energy innovation policy I would like to propose some changes that will improve our staff productivity.

According to my survey about on our team’s productivity I’ve discovered that most of breakages and losses are made occurred because of inattention neglect and fatigue. Taking into account our working schedule I’d just like to suggest some improvements: 

some physical trainings activities won’t be useless could help to discharge recharge team’s work activity and increase its productivity and attention. We should provide our staff with a gym. One hour a day in the work schedule of physical activities will be enough to support team’s morale and health conditions;

to keep staff healthy we have to attract some trainers (jogging, fitness, track, weightlifting) to vary our sports leagues a range of activities so that everybody could choose what they like most of all;

healthy food is a key to success. Being energetic our staff should consume starches. Fruits and vegetables are full of them. Every lunch in the company’s canteen should be consisted of fruits or vegetables;

coffee break it is urgent an important part of the workday. Thanks to During the break people can relax and think about other stuff which is not connected with their job responsibility. So the more people relax, the less fewer breakages they cause;

  of course there is carrot but it should be a sticks. People that show the lowest indicator of profitability performance results won’t have any bonuses in at the end of every month;

  wild nature and fresh air it is a good way to relax tool for the nerves fixing . Stress in the work place is essential the reason why our colleagues make fatal serious mistakes which cause losses. Weekend cruises will help to cheer up after the overloaded workweek.

So, to recap, we all should be careful to each other. Do not forget that good morale and high productivity are the most important things that can outroot eliminate great losses in our company. Following my suggestions we will achieve success reach to the top.

We have no time, we must carry the ball.

Leading cause of our losses is our logistics.

We lost have been losing parcels on the way to our customers.

We schould give up on mail delivery and use an express company with favourable terms for us. Or we can develop our own delivery system.

As a first step we should buy some trucks.

Also we can offer our stading customers and bulk customers free delivery.

And as an option, our customer can check location by sms.

I partly agree with yours opinion, but I thing that the main issue is incorrectly making strategy development of the company.

Mistakes made in the working out of the strategy doesn't allow employees to move in the right direction.

Thats why in a case of mistakes correction workers will be able to work effectively and make a profit.
