Do not ban without due regard to the collection development plan or the students' rights within the Library Bill of Rights.<br>Figure out your Cultural Diversity Level of your Collection and try to make it match your diversity level of your school demographics.<br>Students need Mirrors and Windows. (LOVE THAT!!!)<br>Collaborate with staff, parents, and colleagues.<br>Be the cheerleader for your library program and school. Figure out your program and personal worth and make sure that the stakeholders realize your worth.<br><br></div>]]></description>
