The students did a fantastic job preparing and delivering information during the interview. I recommend we give the students an opportunity to experience Q&As from professionals. Interviews are intended to challenge and force critical thinking on a myriad of topics. This platform is perfect exposure for our future leaders on the process and atmosphere of interviewing with a potential supervisor.

I think having all of the students seemingly in one room is what impacted the strength of the wifi signal. It also impeded on the sound and felt disruptive at times. I'd suggest having the students spread out in a more quiet space so that they can take full advantage of the opportunity.
