The children came up with answers such as 'everybody is happy', 'people do nice things for each other', 'I spend lots of time with my family'. We talked about how we can do all of these things for each other any time of the year and not just at Christmas time.

This might mean taking some time to calm down in a quiet place or remembering the happier times we have felt in the past.
