I had to show my table my powerpoint and they asked questions. I was really nervous to talk to a group of people. I struggled to make eye contact as i was looking at my powerpoint a lot so this is something i need to work on.

On shift there will be 3 of us behind a very busy bar so we have to communicate with each other on who has been served and who is still waiting. I often communicate using eye contact to serve the next customer. I made it on to the level 3 course which I am happy about. I communicated with my future teachers about what I wanted to do and spoke to them about my GCSE grades. I made eye contact and answered all questions asked verbally. This shows confidence and that  I can communicate even when nervous.

As a team we use communication and teamwork to put the pieces of card together with string for the final result of blanket. this developed my teamwork skills as I am more confident when working as apart of a team. What went well- we achieved the result we wanted of a fully completed blanket with all of the pieces of card with everyone involved.
