The earth is filled with cycles
The hydrological cycle is water that is cycled above and below ground
Condensation is held in clouds
Percipitation is through rain,snow,sleet etc.
Ocean are a big part in the cycles
When the water in the ocean evaporates, the salt does not go with it
Most organisms made on earth are made out of water
All living things need carbon
Even non living things need carbon
Plants often need carbon to create photosynthesis
Plankton in oceans often use carbon dioxide
Two cycles talked about were carbon cycle and the hydrologic cycle(water)
Biggest reservior is the ocean
All matter gets passed around never is destroyed
Gas rises because it is less dense then a liquid
When they cool they condense and reform a liquid
The hydrologic cycle starts with evaporation, condensation and precipitation
Plants USE carbon then give it back to the ecosystem again
Carbon is crucial during photosnythesis
Plants produce gluctose
carbon can be respired back into the atmosphere by plants
It is important for the sun to be involved with the ocean to start the water cycle , because without sun there is no evaporation

Carbon regulates the atmosphere
Photosynthesis: Plants take carbon from the atmosphere
Respiration: Giving off carbon
The ocean is a carbon reservoir
Carbon is often trapped in ice

Hydrologic cycle - Another name for the water cycle
Runoff- water that goes down toward lakes, streams, oceans, etc
Water brought small amounts of salts from the ground into the ocean making it salty

all matter gets recycled. There is no beginning to the hydrologicycle, Oceans are salty because minerals break off and wash into the oceans. All living things require carbon. plants need carbon to photosynthesize , The planet is getting warmer due to burning fossil fuels
