Hugo Aguirre Herrainz:It is a different experience. The place is beautiful. The food is excellent and the service are lovely as they sing like angels. Every fifteen minutes a few of them will sing some opera which is ideal as a romantic or special event. Not ideal for those who wish to spend the evening talking. And of course the price is high, as I said, it's a place for special occasions and opera lovers

French Fine Dining with Live Opera
At Bel Canto in Bayswater French cuisine and opera come together for London’s best unique dining experience!
Set in the Corus Hotel in Lancaster Gate, Bel Canto is suitable for all events and celebrations including birthdays and romantic evenings. Our opera restaurant attracts everyone from opera enthusiasts to curious tourists and culinary explorers. The classic French menu changes seasonally, and is complemented by a diverse selection of both French and Italian wines.
Bel Canto has approximately 60 artists on rotation. Every evening 4 singers and a pianist will perform a variety of arias from celebrated operas. The talented waiting staff will belt out everything from Verdi to Wagner while serving fine French cuisine!
During the evening you will receive a glass prosecco to join in with the artists to toast with them for the “Libiamo” of the “Traviatta”!

To me it seems a fantastic restaurant for its quality in food, for its great opera music and its attention to customers.
