Yes, I believe this act was worth the federal funding because this act is still being used today. It was very successful it allowed us to join our union of our choice and prohibited to interfere with union activists.

The reasoning for this was because it made building things in America more expensive and this resulted in factories being sent overseas causing many jobs to be lost.
