The robot doesn't have ' emotional experience' and is only referring to outside information, whilst a teacher/lecturer does have experience with talking to students giving them an advantage. Essentially the robot won't be able to teach the students the way a human can.

However the robot will never be late, be sick, strike or take time off which are all things human staff have to do.

The price would be quite high as the development cost would be a lot. There would also be a lack of competition so you could charge a high price.

Promotion:
Promote at educational fairs and give free trials to universities. Promote on social media to spread awareness of the product. Open lecture for students to attend with the Robot.

Product:
Could be easier updated so if new information is found out it can be downloaded straight away. User feedback to help improve Robot.

Place:
Robots can be placed in lecture halls around universities.

If the robot can teach several units  or courses  it can replace lecturers saving money in the long run however there would be a high initial start up cost.

Promoting the robot on social media and tv. The robot can do several presentations instead of someone presenting the robot.
The robot can be used to help at open days.

The users would potentially would not want to use it as you loose human interaction and the robot does not provide experience in the subject they would be teaching. However the customers (bu) would see it as a money saving solution.

For one, there would be a very high price which would be hard for the university to afford. It may also be hard for the students to learn from a robot.
