Similarly, me and my family play these same sports that my father played when he was a child with dad giving us some great coaching sessions. My family and I often connect through regular sporting activities. This creates a bond between the two generations and allows quality time together. When we are all together we play cricket on the oval next to our house. My family and I often enjoy the outdoors and have family swims where we play Marco, Polo or have a few competitive races. I like the way my family and I are connected through sport, as this interaction connects us all on a social, physical and emotional level. This connection builds stronger relationships, and equips us with skills of teamwork, trust and respect as well as teaches us skills of good sportsmanship . Furthermore, the connection through sport with my family brings us closer and also allows us to create good memories . I recommend family touch football as a physical activity in 2030. This could also be carried out to a town sport. I would recommend to extend the invitation to aunties, uncles, cousins and grandparents. Touch football requires a lot of running, teamwork, communication and coordination, which strengthens the connection between families.
