1- We have added to our numbers of apprentices and continue to recruit further candidates.
1- We have a new CM who understands the demands of the course, the types of learner we are supporting and our individual strengths and needs as team members. She empowers us to develop our skills further to improve team practice.

2-Moodle has been "temperamental" this year with resources "disappearing" at will.

We have further developed the use of Google classroom and are more confident in using it. E.portfolios are useful as I can access progress immediately and the learners have a copy of all units.
I had a good lesson observation which gave me confidence that I am delivering course curriculum in a way that learners can access and further their learning. 
2. When there is a problem with learner access to Google classroom, it is difficult to access support during the evening and messages are not always responded to.
This leaves learners very frustrated.

Apprenticeships are increasing and students are completing successfully.
I have developed my IT skills,using Google classroom and e portfolios
My personal observation in the workplace went well .
My new team leader communicates clearly with me.
Using my I pad to quickly access information, in college with learners to show students work partially completed and also at home to speed up access to information.
Question 2
There seem to be too many systems ,for example in e portfolios. We hope to streamline these.
Moodle does not always work well, students have difficulties accessing this.
