We would like to introduce you to the Solution Café and make it accessible online. We invite you to gather in a cosy atmosphere over a coffee or an after-work drink at Zoom. There should be three or four of you per break-out room.

The "raise hand" sign is intended to help you focus your attention.

When it's your turn, reveal a new question. If it has already been talked about, you can, of course, take a new one.

You can ask for a different question at any time. It goes like this: "Thank you for this question, please ask me another one."

When the round is over, or when 15 minutes have passed, switch off the hand-raising sign and switch off your camera: the others will make some statements in the "Resource Gossip” round. When that is done, the round is over.

It could go like this:

"I was impressed that s/he..."

"I particularly liked the fact that s/he..."

"I think s/he is particularly good at..."

Then, participate in the resource gossip when the conversation or the 15 minutes are over.

With a smile –– 12 min.

When you have chosen a topic, raise your hand and let the conversation begin.

Listeners ask questions from the cards. When enough new things have arisen, simply say so.

The round ends with the listeners "gossiping" about what has impressed them about you and your topic.

With respectful attention –– approx. 15 min.

With gratitude –– 12 min.
