         <description><![CDATA[<div>It can be very difficult (impossible) to report something so traumatic.     <strong>Meaning <br></strong>1. The dark numbers must be very high 2. The act of mapping can be re-traumatising<br>- Using the terms harassed/harasser. You are being reduced to only that as your identity, taking away agency<br>- Problems with reaching men (2% of the reports)<br>- Problems with reaching people in general - falling number of reports and visitor.<br>- The webpage is a bit hard to navigate</div>]]></description>
