It teaches so many things and can be used in so many ways within the classroom. You can explain to students that all kinds of people give things to you and you give things to others as well.

These are by far my favorite stories to read to children because they offer so much. Even as an adult, I love listening to someone else read to me. I do think though that it is important to have the book in front of you to follow along.
