My name is Zada, and I am excited to meet you all and embark on this adventure to learn more about the principals of management. I am an Amelia Island local and journey to and from Jacksonville for some of my classes at FSCJ. I am currently working on finishing my Associates in Arts degree this summer, which will be quite the feat. I then will stay at FSCJ on another expedition to obtain a Bachelors degree for Business Administration. When I am not doing school work, I tend to spend time outside with my adventurous dog, Maverick. I also enjoy cooking, baking and reading in my leisure time, which can be very relaxing and helps me unwind after work as well. Based on the itinerary for the semester, I am excited to learn about management and further my education. I hope this semester is exotic and helps all of us get a step closer to our overall goals!

This video is only 2 and a half minutes long. I liked it because even though we have access to the books and necessary readings in the course, this explained the basics of management in a short and simple way. It used animations to help grasp the concepts that we are trying to learn this semester and really helped me get a head start on learning what management is about.

Motivation is highly important to me as an employee. If my boss shows the motivation that my coworkers and I need to complete a task it makes us feel like we can accomplish the tasks better knowing our boss believes in us.
