How well do you feel like you researched Mesopotamia?

I think I researched a lot on Mesopotamia because I feel that I have a strong knowledge of the G.R.A.P.E.S. of Mesopotamia

What was easy for you? What was hard?

It was in the middle because it took some time and patience to find good resources to write my Hyperdoc. Also it was in medium because sometimes the websites that Mrs. Plemmons post have too little of a certain piece of information which made me to go online and search it.

What questions do you still have?

I have some questions about Mesopotamia

How come the Mesopotamian people come to here and not anywhere else?
If the idea of "Empire" did not happen what would have occurred to the future king and queen or would a different Culture make that?
What would this Culture's themes be?

A:I feel like I did a good job researching. I understand the content.

A:The hard part was remembering what Mesopotamians did in their culture. The easy part was writing all of that down.

A:Well, I want to know more about Sargon and Hammurabi. I also want to learn why Akshath made his pictures so big. Anyway, I still have more questions on how the Babylonians took over so much land with a weak army. Anyway! I learned a lot about Mesopotamia!

I think that I researched well, because I learned a lot of information about Mesopotamia. I thought that the crash course was hard, because it was hard for me to remember what he was saying and typing it in the document. The easy part for me was when I was watching the video and typing it last. I think that was easy for me, because I could visualize everything. I also enjoyed watching the story. I am wondering if they had any death rituals, like the Egyptians did.

I think I researched Mesopotamia well because I learned so many new intresting facts and new vocabulary while researching Mesopotamia.I think that the John green crash course was the hardest for me because I would have to go back and forth between EDpuzzle and the document which was annoying. The easiest part for me was probley just listening to the video's and writing the achevments in the achievements section. A question I have is why did the Mesopotamians not try and explore any other places to discover new things.

I think I definitely think I studied about Mesopotamia more than I needed to; the Ed puzzles and John Green Crash course were easy, the rest was hard; I still have questions like what was Mesopotamia really like, or which country were they in, and who were their neighbors. I get confused with some of those questions. I'm still learning a bit.

I feel like I researched and learned a lot while I researched Mesopotamia.I liked the John Green Crash video and listening to the story,but it was hard to hear what he was saying in the John Green video.The hardest part was probably finishing the Ed puzzle document because you had to keep going back and forth between documents.Some questions I have on the Mesopotamia document and history is:Did they have death rituals?Did they learn about death rituals after they took over Egypt?

I learned a lot about Mesopotamia and what kind of civilization it is. I've learned about its geography and culture. I've also learned that what we use today, was partly because of Mesopotamia, like math and the calendar. My favorite part was the John Green Crash Course because what he said was really specific and I could understand it. After all, I thought this was a fun project to do.

Even though Mesopotamia is a very confusing topic I think we learned a lot about it without making to many mistakes. Mesopotamia was also a really fun topic with all the stuff we learned about it like the civilizations, the laws they used, beliefs, and about the rivers including the Tigris river and the Euphrates river. John Green crash course was really fun to watch because how much more stuff we learned about Mesopotamia and how funny he acted during teaching us. Also the rap was really funny so I liked watching it more than once, also so I could go over my answers to make sure it says everything that I want it to say and make sure everything is spelled correctly. Even everything that Mrs. Plemmons has showed us out of the hyperdoc was fun to learn, like the G.R.A.P.E.S. song, and about Sargon and the other emperors. Honestly this was a lot of work but still really fun, because it's adding on to all the past ways people have lived like last year how we learned about Jamestown and Williamsburg, ow Mesopotamia. I really like how we learn more and more about the past times. It was a lot of work and now I know that all of this work payed off because all the fun I had with it, and I hope everyone else had fun during this also. <3

I feel that i researched and learned a lot during the Mesopotamia hyper doc. The hardest thing on the hyper doc was the John Green crash course because i kind of was not able to understand some of the words that He was saying. I think that the easiest part f my hyper doc was the achievements section where they talked about the wheel,the 60 second minute and much more! Finally some questions that i still have are did they do death rituals?Why didn't they try to got to new places? In the end i thought this was a fun and interesting project.

I think I did well on almost everything because of the videos and the resources. It helped me get more info of the first civilization. It was kind of interesting how they made laws and how they got picked to be king by the gods. Their religion is interesting also because they had so many tales about each one and stories about their civilization such as the Epic of Gilgamesh. The other achievements were cool too because of their knowledge about everything like the calendar and the wheel.

I think that this hyper doc helped me learn a lot more about Mesopotamia. I didn't know a thing about GRAPES before this! The part that was easiest for me was the gods, goddesses and monsters one. The one that was difficult was the John Green video- answering the questions. There were so many! I think that I researched well and learned a lot more. My questions are:

- Are there any more epics other than the Epic of Gilgamesh?
- How long did Gilgamesh live?
- Are there any more acronyms for Mesopotamia?

I think that I researched really well. Though sometimes the information I needed to answer a question was hard to find, but eventually I found it. What was hard was in one of the videos I watched, the guy speaking spoke too fast so I had to repeat the video twice to write the fill-in-the-blanks. The reading parts are very long and some times there's other passages there because some of the words are blue. Watching the videos was easy! A question I have is: Is there any more Epics than the Epic of Gilgamesh? This Hyper Doc. has taught me more about Social Studies!

I think I researched well and learned lots of new things in the hyperdoc, the videos, and the other resources. The thing that was hard for me, was the Crash Course because John Green talked really fast so I kept on having to go back, replay it, and fill in the blank. The thing that I found easy, was watching the video and writing the achievements part. I don't have any other questions, but I enjoyed doing this. In the video Development of Written Language, I thought that the Epic of Gilgamesh was pretty cool, and I want to learn more about it. In that video, I also learned about their writing how the pictures turned into symbols. I liked learning about Mesopotamia and learned a lot, like the G.R.A.P.E.S. of Mesopotamia. Thank you Mrs Plemmons for teaching us things like this!

I learned a lot from the hyperdoc and additional websites and videos. The thing that I found hard, however, was the fact that there was so much to look at on one page and I'm afraid that I might have missed something. But everything that was on there helped me a lot, though. I really understand Mesopotamia from this instead of a brief summary of the civilization. I'd also like to learn more about the Epic of Gilgamesh. That seemed pretty interesting. The video about the cuneiform and literature I found quite interesting and I feel like I completely understood everything they were trying to explain, which is actual quite rare for me. ;)
I didn't have many questions except for................
I got nothing. Thank you Mrs. Plemmons for helping us learn about things like Mesopotamia and irrigation. Something some people take for granted is knowledge and SCHOOL. They think school is like prison but school can be really fun as long as you participate and really understand the concept.

I think the Crash course was easy for me and the religion was hard for me but the information helped me. I think the G.R.A.P.E.S also helped me because it helped me remember the important categories of civilization. I still had questions about, How did they find Mesopotamia?

I thought I researched well, and the thing that was easiest was the Crash Course, becuase all you had to do was type what John Green or whoever said in the video and fill in the blanks. Finishing everything on time was hard- I'm slow. I don't have any questions, but thank you for letting us learn so much about Mesopotamia! By the way, I love this civilization because they invented writing! Yay!
