         <description><![CDATA[<div>You have to have strict supervision. Monitoring students will help reduce the distraction. Also, I know that some teachers have access to watch all screens and remote into them randomly. That is very beneficial.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The best way I can think of doing this is setting rules and monitoring students. You can have approved cites that your students can use. When they are doing this, just watch over them and make sure they are using the cites that are given or using them for the purpose you want them to.</div>]]></description>
