The idea with this strategy is to mass produce something that is pretty widely used in every market with little to no customization needed to appeal to each market its brought too.

Communication is governed by three levels of semiotic rules,

  • Syntactic: Formal properties of signs and symbols, such as letters or numbers.
  • Pragmatic: Relationship between signs, expressions, and their users.
  • Semantic: Relationships between signs and symbols and their meaning.
body language, eye contact and posture are all very important when communicating.

In the second part of week 7 we learned about different types of motivation. Intrinsic Vs. Extrinsic, In trinsic refers to the things on the inside that motivate you do better and get things done. 
Intrinsic things that can motivate are, Interests, Beliefs, Personal enjoyment and pleasure, Sense of accomplishment
Personal pride, Skill development and competency, Social, status and promise of Power.
Extrinsic motivations can be, commissions, bonuses, raises, promotions, and additional time off from work. It's the idea of reward those who work hard for you so they keep working hard.
