Usually in words and sentences, if there is a man or a boy the sentence must be masculine and it cannot be feminine. Ex: There are 90 girls and 1 boy, the sentence has to be in masculine because there is one boy.

AAUM is an organization that has been working for over 136 years towards Gender Equality and they will continue until all women and girls enjoy equity in schools and workplaces. Insisting on girls education, the world has made tremendous progress towards closing the gender gap in education.  They pushed equal education opportunities, equal pay for equal work and workplaces free of discrimination. 
Every school should
have well-trained and motived teachers who can  provide education for all, starting at an early age. Women working with fish or seas/oceans get low-skilled or secondary jobs. They are usually low-paid and often work without contracts, health, safety or labour rights protections. In 2016 only one of the top seafood companies was controlled by women. Not surprisingly is MEN who primarily fish and aquaculture harvest. Just 10% of women are doing the coral reef mapping, the other 90% are men. 
Yayi Bayam was the first woman to fish in her village. The men from her village told her ''You're a woman, you can't fish.'' Yayi Bayam still decided to fish. Yayi Bayam's story also reflects the sustainable development goal 8, which is Decent work and Economic growth.
We need to protect life below water, but how? One of the ways to protect life below water is to put women and men together so they can clean the seas/oceans. The other way to protect life below water is to make laws like ''Do not overfish and everybody should respect these laws. Why are peace and justice important? Peace with justice is a way of thinking and acting which promotes nonviolent solutions to everyday problems and thereby contributes to a civil society. Peace and Justice set standards for the security of children and primarily health care. They promote an end to the violence of poverty.
Peace and Justice promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development. They provide access to Justice for all and build effective, accountable and a strong teaching for the right thing. It is important to every democratic society.
