1. Generate (1 Minute)

- Each participant shares one key idea or behavior they associate with effective collaboration.

2. Sort (1 Minute)

- As a group, identify the most important or shared ideas from the ones generated.

3. Connect (2 Minutes)

- Use the sorted ideas to collaboratively craft a one sentence vision statement.
