3. Have students draw or give template for students to draw & write about your topic
4. Put it up on the wall. Include students in your decision e.g. where should x be placed and why? What else should be put here? Why? By doing so, you co-create their environment. They will feel proud and would voluntarily interact w the prints 
5. Give opportunities for print interaction. Remember, you goal is not to make it a display. (As you scroll to read the other posts, you will be able to see how opportunities are created for students interaction). 
6. They introduced animals through the sounds they would make. E.g. ssss for snake, snap snap for crocodile etc. I thought of re-creating where animals are hidden and only part of the animals were shown. 

Distributed leave templates and got students to write their favourite animal. The high progress students were asked to write why they like the animals e.g. my favourite animal is a lion because they can run really fast.
