         <description><![CDATA[<div>They impact the citizens living in that particular place.<br>&nbsp;UAE Environmental Laws issued by the Government of United Arab Emirates from 1971 to 2011.&nbsp;<br><br>These laws impact all the inhabitants and residents in UAE. Vehicles are driven on the left side of the road in Dubai.<br><br></div><div>While driving with children, it is prohibited for those younger than 13 years old to sit in the passenger seat, while children between the ages of 4 and 8 are required to sit on a booster seat. Seatbelt must be worn at all times and drivers must use handsfree sets if talking on their mobile phone.<br>&nbsp;<br>But in India there in no specific age to sit in front of the seat.<br>Indians drive on the left side of the road.&nbsp;<br>There are laws that require people to wear seatbelts, but this law is not followed much.<br><br>In the UAE, Every accident, no matter how minor, must be reported to the police so that they can assess the severity of the accident and issue a pink slip of paper.&nbsp;<br><br>But in india they don't have to take a slip no matter how small or big the accident is.&nbsp;<br><br>Thank you.....<br><br></div>]]></description>
