3-The third rule I disagree with is,  the releasing of people. Releasing people is very unconstitutional because it is pretty much exterminating the people. It is killing someone that could still be alive such as the babies.

What happens when twins are born? Is the weaker one "released"?  At this point, Releasing is likely a form of extermination. The parents are undoubtedly lying to their children everyday about their job and etc but the children are raised on the morals that lying is close to the equivalent of death. 2. The name of the Children are kept a secret until the naming ceremony. What if someone doesn't approve of the name or just doesn't like it in general, it would be better if someone knew before or could've requested to change the name.
3. At the ceremonies of 8 they have to throw away their comfort object. Some people get attached to things they've grown up with concluding that if you were to strip that away from someone they could be left heartbroken or sad.
My job would be being taking care of the elders, because they're wiser and I believe they are easier to deal with and handle.

1. Only having two kids in a family. Families should be able to have the right to have as many kids as they want because that is what makes each family unique. 
2. When a three, if you mispronounce a word the kid's hand gets smacked. Just because a kid mispronounces a word doesn't mean they should get punished for it, let alone get smacked on the hand. The child could have speaking disabilities that the nurturer doesn't know about.
3.  Being assigned your job. A kid at the age of twelve should not be assigned a job because they haven't even been to middle school, high school, or even college yet so they are more than likely not going to know what they want to do as their job. They should have the freedom to chose what ever they want to be when they get older.
