Provide an example of a teacher asking students questions and allowing students the opportunity to speak and elaborate on their responses. (video clip)<br>3. Professional Development/PLC about best practices i.e. wait time, turn and talk, etc.<br>4. Provide resources for students to understand basic information and have a foundation in content so they can progress/answer higher order thinking questions.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.&nbsp; The goal of using recall/comprehension questions is to is to ask higher order thinking questions.&nbsp; Scaffolding lessons are necessary in order to ask higher order questions, which may not be able to be reached everyday.&nbsp; Recall questions (level 1 and level 2) are necessary in order to lay a solid foundation for conceptual understanding. <br>Action Plan--&gt; Work backwards (do the more difficult problems first)</div>]]></description>
