         <description><![CDATA[<div>•Have a look at Active Maths schemes and other schemes that promote active learning. Take part in outer school competitions, cross county competitions.  </div><div>•Use the school sports funding, buy new equipment, improve the location of all the equipment. PE Training for staff. Tell the governors the importance of sports within primary schools. Gather back a passion for sports within the school.</div><div>•Chat to Mr Grim, express that everyone must have access to the equipment and listen to his ideas, but make sure he understands the importance of following the national curriculum. Remind staff that injuries happen in any location but work on the improvements of health and safety within the school as prevention strategies. Use the year 6 football teams success to promote school clubs at all ages. </div>]]></description>
