This video is such a beneficial watch. Bailey talks about your "internal monologue" you have with yourself as you are scrolling through social media, it is truly relatable. We do not recognize how much social media affects our mental health. We are so connected to our phones that sometimes we even feel phantom vibrations. A quote she used in the TedTalk stood out to me and I wanted to share it, "We struggle with insecurity because we compare our behind-the-scenes with everyone else's highlight reel." (Steven Furtick).
