We travelled to Pereira, because my cousin graduated the environment engineer.

We stayed 7 days there in the aunt's house.

The trip took in total 7 days.

The first day, we arrived to Pereira from Bogotá after a travel a 6 hours, after we are take a lunch in the friend's house, becouse my aunt did not know that we were going hahaha.

After lunch my aunt and her family were surprised to see us there.

After this meet not passed nothing important until to the grade of my cousin.

I traveled through the Tolima department, and I stayed at my godfather's farm, working hard. I spent around 10 days there, and I really enjoyed the connection with nature. The town where I stayed is called Coyaima, and it's very close to Espinal-Tolima and Ibagué-Tolima. At the farm, I helped with the topography of some plots. It was very sunny, but the effort was worth it.

One of the most memorable days of the trip was when we spent it the River. We swam in its cool water, played beach volleyball, and had a delicious picnic under the shade of the trees. The sound of rushing water and the singing birds created a peaceful atmosphere that filled us with energy.

The food I have enjoyed in Neiva includes "mojarra frita" (fried fish) served with crispy plantains, "sancocho de gallina" (chicken soup) brimming with hearty vegetables, and the comforting "tamal huilense" (Huilense tamale) wrapped in banana leaves. Along the streets, I have savored "arepas de maíz pelado" (corn arepas) topped with cheese and "empanadas de carne" (meat turnovers) filled with flavorful beef. Fresh "mango biche" and "guanábana" have been my go-to treats, adding a sweet and tangy touch to my Neiva culinary experience.

My recent trip to Neiva was truly unforgettable! Neiva, a city in Colombia known for its culture and beautiful landscapes, was the perfect destination for a family adventure.

With my mom, dad, and siblings by my side, we explored the city streets, admiring the historic buildings and relaxing in the lush parks.

The best part? Visiting my uncle and aunt! They welcomed us warmly, treating us to delicious traditional meals and sharing lots of laughs.

Neiva's charm and hospitality left a lasting impression on me. This trip reminded me of the joy of family and making memories together. It's a journey I'll always treasure.
