2.  Val will visit the local universities (ODU, Norfolk State, VCU, Regent)
3. Create a VAESP promotional video (Hamish and Andy) 
4. Host Virtual “Pop Up” Membership Drives throughout the State
5. Contact local radio stations to make announcements
6.  Instagram, Facebook, Email, Twitter Blast to all Members (ask them to share the blast with at least 3 people)
