While Spirituality cannot be completely defined, the notion of it is more like a part of yourself as a person. It is quite possible to look at spirituality another way, but the subject of spirituality is about what motivates you at the deepest level, influencing what you think, and how you behave in different circumstances. Spirituality helps you find a true and useful place in the hierarchy of our world.

Spirituality is born in a person and develops as the person does. It may be kick started by a religion, or it may be kick started by a revelation in a person's life. Spirituality extends to all aspects of a persons life, it is chosen while religion can be often forced. Being spiritual, at least to me, it more important and better than being religious. Albeit, true spirituality is something found deep within oneself. It is your way of loving, relating and accepting the world and the people around you. It can't be found in a church or by believing in a certain way. It is just always there and will always be a crucial part of who you are as a person. In conclusion, it is apparent that there is a big difference between religion and spirituality, for better, and for worse.

The passage later goes into revealing that Spirituality is the driving force behind, joy, peace, gentleness, goodness, faith and the equitable path of righteousness, that we take in our lives everyday. Passage 14: 16 "I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever" is a passage that exemplifies the point of spirituality being different to religion. It tells us that the Father will provide us with another Comforter (meaning spirituality) in analytical terms. Passage 14: 17 "For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink, but righteousness, and peace" is a passage that has a lot of the same qualities of spirituality, such as righteousness and peace, as a universal theme.

Part of spirituality is being willing to admit that something is beyond your comprehension. Science has its place in understanding the world but it will never have all the answers.

When we look at the universe and into our own hearts and see that which we don't understand, we know that we have touched that which is unknowable and holy.

My focus on determination can help me achieve the goal, but I think it is important to practice habits that are conductive to becoming healthy or spiritual. If you are looking for spirituality, you have to know what qualities, disciplines, and practices will guide you to make choices, thoughts, and actions that reveal your spiritual nature.

Moreover, you can use these cool spiritual practices to purify, strengthen, and elevate your body, mind and spirit -- all three are connected.

Another practise include rituals, prayers, chanting and signing of hymns, and other efforts that invigorate your love, willpower and faith for the world you inhabit.

I have found the use of determination and nature to be a big part of my spiritual-self. . I also use other spiritual techniques as stated beside this box, such as religion and finding your willpower, faith and love in whatever you can.
