Stephen is a teacher who works with full honesty making sure that he prepares his students to excel in every part of their life. Stephen is a responsible teacher who makes sure that he compleyes his work on time and ensure timely checking of the assignments of his students. Stephen tries to engage his students in positive way trying his best to bring out the hidden talent in his students. Stephen checks the papers and assignments of his students with full honesty grading them according to their ability. He avoids grade inflation and tries to bring out the best in his students.

Maria is sometime late to her office because she wakes up late and often makes excuses regarding her late arrival. She is mostly witnessed playing games on her computer or partying with her friends and is hardly ever seen being engaged in a postive activity. She eventually got ill and died due to the constant isolation she was facing. This story through a newspaper article implies the importance of family and having a strong bond with them. This shows that having no family can lead to person having depression, anxiety and other issue therfore it is important not only to have a family but have a strong bond with them aswell.

However, she consistently demonstrated an unwavering determination to achieve her goals. Despite facing moments of doubt and defeat, her resilience and perseverance propelled her to success.

Eg I like to watch Netflix or read books while I'm free or even bake something. creating a balanced life is beneficial for your mental health and well-being as no one wants to drain in their work or studies. I think that I would like to spend more time on my personal growth as it always helps you to improve yourself in different ways. It helps to develop new skills and adapt to new situations as well as becoming more resilient in facing challenges. It can lead to a more balanced and successful life.

A few days ago, I came across this motivating woman, Oprah Winfrey, the most influential media personality. She has continuously worked on her own personal growth which revealed to her, some of the abilities that she never knew of. She always focused on areas like self - awareness and empathy with resilience which made her overcome many challenges that she faced. She always focused on meditation and seeking guidance from mentors which led her to remarkable success despite her childhood trauma. This firmly makes me believe the importance of personal growth and how it can improve your personality in different ways so I would spend more time on this.

Victoria is a determined worker with the goals to be known as a "famous artist". Victoria is dedicated to her work and pushes through all the ups and downs that may come on the way. Victoria keeps in mind that having patience can go a long way, she has also developed the knowledge on that how making small and swift adjustments to neaten up her painting when shes completed her painting can make a dramatic difference.

Joe (imaginary) is a male whom who practices architecture as an intern. Joe has so much potential, he has worked a very hard way to accomplish his goals which was to get in the Architecture field! Joe seems to be late to work almost everyday followed along with lots of slacking off. Day by day his work and designing assignments are piling up on his desk, he sure does try his best to complete the work, and when he does complete the work it is always neat and tidy but not exactly precise as he rushed to finish his work. Due to Joe's laziness and tardiness he is always late for his meetings. Joe has worked so hard to get his dream career but can lose that all because of one small mistake, and this can be discouraging to many people, like Joe.

Making some time for yourself everyday is very important as it can help you unwind and relax after a long day of hard work, this time alone can be sacred for many people and would come under the category as "self care". Having this "me time" can help many people such as students and both grown adults, do have a good mental space for them self and continue to push themselves to do the best they can each day, this can also help ones mental well-being and help create a balance in their life. 2. Niall is a medical student who only does "work". He knew he didn't have a passion for medicine yet he wanted to create a brighter future for himself and his family. While he completes every single one of his assignments, he does not give each of them the time they require. He closes himself off from learning opportunities such as study groups. He lacks precision and time management skills as he sleeps through the day after classes and stays up late studying. This negatively affects his judgement and energy levels the day after. Unfortunately, Niall is only forcing himself through medical school and is not truly absorbing the material.

1. A value I would like to spend more time on is discipline. Discipline is a combination of other values like time management, self control, consistency and commitment. It requires the person to set aside their current desires in order to achieve a goal. It is the value of achieving small scale consistent habits that lead to eventual large scale results. When learning a new skill, there will always be a stage in the beginning where you are bad at it.

2. The character Mark Daniels from the show The Good Doctor embodies this value perfectly. He learns the skill of cooking. In the beginning, he made many mistakes, he burned his dishes so often. But then he decided to dedicate one hour per day, 5 days a week to learning this skill. As time progresses he saw significant improvement, not only in the dishes but also his confidence in the kitchen. After 6 months of following this schedule, he knew where all of the ingredients were, understood which flavours worked well together, and prepared food much more time efficiently.

3. Mark's thought process throughout those 6 months were very relatable. There were many times he came home from work tired and starving and wanted so badly to just order fast food. But he persevered and followed a homemade recipe instead. He was also afraid of failing, especially in the first month of this endeavour. Once he looked back and realised just how far he had come, he came to the conclusion that even though there were times he hated the fact that he had to do extra work at the end of the day just to eat, he felt fulfilled and proud of himself for taking on the challenge.

1. Depending on how I am doing these days, I would want myself to focus more and not get distracted. I have always been easily distracted by things that bring me pleasure or joy, I am working on how to organize my schedule and how to do everything timely.

2. I have always liked this musical band. They had a lot of fans from their teens who also suffered from not focusing on studies etc. " The band" started to make songs that reflected upon a person focusing on the small details of life and missing out on the things that truly matter.

3. Music has always been my coping tool. I always listen to music when I'm feeling down. It's honestly fascinating how you can relate music to your own life or events. It gives you comfort and consolation to think that someone else might also be going through the things you're going through right now. And due to the band being teens too, you could relate more. Their words and lyrics were genuine and reassuring. A lot of people had also named their lyrics their "salvation". Nowadays, with studies and sports taking up my whole day, there is not much time left to connect with my family members at home or to talk to them as much as I used to. Jack is a journalism student as well as an important figure in the entertainment industry. In my opinion, Jack is someone who does 'good work'. Jack is always punctual. He always makes sure that his actions don't end up hurting anyone; emotionally or physically. Jack loves his job. His enthusiasm is acknowledged by both his colleagues and his rivals. Jack is able to balance his life as well. Even though he works as an entertainer, he always makes sure to put time aside to focus on his studies and his assignments. Jack is not one of the highest scoring students, but he ranks quite high on that scale. Jack doesn't prioritise his studies or his work over his health. He always makes sure to drink the required two liters of water per day and sleep the necessary eight hours. This results in Jack being more productive the next day. Jack is punctual, honest, hardworking and passionate. Jack's personality ensures that all of his work is engaging, ethical and excellent, which means it qualifies as 'good work'.

Jack has a senior who is two years older than him called Nick. Nick is studying music and learning how to compose and produce songs. Nick ensures that his work is always the best. He works day after day in his studio, perfecting even the slightest mistakes to make sure his finished product is the absolute best version of his original creation. However, Nick does not prioritise his health. For two or even three weeks he doesn't leave his studio, ordering take-out there so he can continue working. Nick neglects his sleep and hydration for his work instead, Nick works almost obsessively which causes him to be sleep deprived and dehydrated which leads to him not being able to perform his sing at his very best. There is a famous saying that goes, 'There is no work without play'. Nick's self neglect is the only thing that is stopping his work from reaching the standard of 'good work'. If Nick had taken care of himself timely then he could have performed his song the way he had planned. Health is just as important as quality is. One can simply not exist without the other.

Hard working. A value I wish I possessed was the ability to work hard. I was a very lucky child. I had a sharp memory which meant that I didn't have to work as hard before examinations. My memory would do all the work for me, but now as I age, I realised how important hard work is.

Someone that I think is very hard working is Jerry. Jerry moved from his home country at a very young age so he could focus on his future. This was a very big risk to take as this new country had separate cultures as well as a separate language but Jerry chose not to give up. Jerry fought through all the struggles, especially the language barrier. He practiced twelve to sixteen hours a day and still took out time to go to an academy to learn the new language. He managed to do all of this while being a teenager.

In my opinion worrying about your future when you are fifteen is a great feat. Making a very hard decision to move out at the age of fifteen shows how keen Jerry was. It can take a lifetime to perfectly learn a language. Even locals don't know their language fully most of the time, so learning the basics of a language within a year while simultaneously working twelve to fourteen hour days while being fifteen is absolutely amazing and I believe that Jerry deserves to be credited for this. In the twelve years he has moved from his home country, he has never ceased learning once. He learns new words everyday and is learning another language so it is easier for him to communicate when he travels. He practices everyday even though he is already called a professional in his field. To me, this seems like the epitome of being hard working. Hard work means to not shy off when the road gets tough on the way to your dream. It means being ready to surrender everything, so you can climb the steep hill to success. That's what hard work means to me and in my opinion, Jerry fills all of these qualifications.

He favours compassion and justice over his personal gain, his dedication and engagement the world around him leads him to bring effectively positivity on the people that he encounters. This reflects a deep understanding of the responsibility and the consequences of his actions, making him not only a skilled outlaw but an honourable man.

Kenma (imagined) does not have any dedication towards his goals or dreams, he has chosen a live a life without having any goal or future achivements that he may want to do in the future. His actions have not caused any harm to others but his choices have not helped anyone either, including him. He never takes time out of his day to reflect on his lessons and personal choices which makes him weak.

• I am interested in arts and painting. I engaged into arts and painting in my free time so I have a chance to express my emotions and creativity whilst experiencing relaxation at the same time. Vincent Van Goh is an artist known for his remarkable and unique paintings with having his own personal reflections on his emotions and struggles. He also complain about every little thing which causes him alot of trouble. Furthermore he tries to de-grade his fellow partners and always tried to find their mistakes instead of fixing his.

1. A value I want to work on is my hardworking. I want push my myself hard enough to achieve success and fulfill my future goals. The only problem is due to too much pressure and stress from my parents and school i cannot focus on my studies and i fear i cannot become the person i want to be.

2. An example of an hardworking persons are my parents. My father had always worked hard and has his business due to the hardships he faced and he never backed down. He provides every need of mine and i intend to be like him. Also my mother who keeps the house clean, makes us food and looks after my sibling and I whether if she's feeling good or not.

I think these are the best examples because I, myself have seen the evidence of my parents working hard to provide their childen with everything they have and i believe that hardwork is the main step to sucess. Aloy is the main character the game Horizon Zero Dawn, and is a character of bravery and resilience. She does good work by defending herself and her home from danger, and fighting for a good cause against monsters, or threats in her environment. In a world overrun by machines, some corrupted. She does her best and faces hardship in mortality to combat, and stays strong no matter what. She is proof of how her character shines, and does good to her world.

Tonya was an original, quiet, person who always sticked her her own mind and ideas. She works at a local soup kitchen to feed the needy, but does not take pride in her work. She rushes through it and is extremely impatient and bored of the job, only doing it to boost her own ego. She does not prioritize her time, care, and effort into her work and is often careless at the job, and begins to slack off. She wishes to only get rid of the work in front of her, instead of acknowledging it in a responsible manner.

A value I would consider doing more would be to be more patient and focus on my relationships and surroundings around me. I would like to consider my surroundings, and approach any situation in a manner, calmly and control my reactions. I believe this would improve my mental wellbeing as well.

My mother (real) is a teacher who is the perfect example of someone who doesn't just do good work but excellent work. Her work is exceptional! It always fulfills the criteria for it and she goes beyond what is required for her, making sure her work is her best. She checks her papers honestly making sure she never gives even an extra mark to someone who doesn't deserve it. She always engages her students, asking them questions, making sure to test their abilities, and giving them academic advice, making sure they can reach their full potential.

Azal (imaginary) is also a teacher. Her work is average at best, moving more and more towards sloppy. She never fulfills the criteria for it, turning in her reports late which are always full of errors and contain plagiarism. She checks her papers at the last possible moment, giving marks carelessly if a student asks. She never engages her students with her during the class and just gives them a boring, long lecture and tells her students to check the book whenever they have a question

Once in 2nd grade, I cheated on my test even though I knew I shouldn't and also because my mother had always taught me not to ever cheat. Once it was graded, I saw that the person I had cheated with (me helping him and him helping me) had gotten full marks while I had only gotten 9/10. I thought to myself that even when I had cheated, I still didn't get full marks which led me to believe that cheating never works. My mother once told me that people who tell the truth always succeed in life, they gain the ultimate success while people who tell lies gain pseudopodia, or temporary gains and they never succeed fully. I also once thought to myself that excellence without honestly isn't valid.
