<title>Humans are very social beings, but while in school students are expected to sit still and  remain quiet, leaving no time for interaction with other students or the teacher.  Teachers need to realize that socialization is a large part of learning is not something to be constantly discouraged.  Simple ways to involve socialization in a proper way is partner or group work.</title>
