1- Explain the activity - I stood up at the front and presented my Tiktok to the class and got asked questions for my peers and teacher.
2- What went well? - I got up in front of the class and it improved my confidence.
3-What would you improve on reflection?- I would make the Tiktok longer and add more information about me.

1- Explain the activity -I went l into college and showed my GCSE's and talk to teachers in travel in tourism so I could find out what course I wanted to.
2- What went well ? - I got on to the course I wanted to and I am enjoying it.
3-What would you improve on reflection ?- I would like to be more confident when speaking in my group.

1- Explain the activity- I work at a takeaway place and I work on the phone and I took their orders so something communication can be difficult over the phone.
2- what went well ?- I got their order right and they are happy with the service.
3- what would you improve on reflection ?- definitely talking louder and sounding more confident.

Evidence 1 - I went littler picking to clean up the environment to make it look a lot nicer.
We used team work and communication to complete this. We picked up litter around Honeywell sports centre

What went well ? I got to help out and raise money for the team.
What would you change ? I would've asked the opposite team so we make more money

What went well? I spoke to the class and improved my confidence

What would you change? I would look at the class more instead of looking at the board. Only use the board and support.

Explain the activity I have a part time job where I take orders when customers come in the shop , take pizza's out of the oven and taking orders over the phone.

What went well? I got the orders correct and there is hardly any problems with the orders

What could you change ? make sure they have their order 100% correct and nothing is wrong

Explain the activity -I attended travel and tourism industry week and made me think about my career after college

What went well ? - I got to speak to different people about the jobs in tourism and learned more about career's in travel and tourism

What could could you change ?-I would ask more questions to find out more about what is included in the jobs so i could see what I wanted to do after I leave college

What went well ? I felt confident in my exams and because I motivated myself i almost passed English.

What went well - I didn't buy new bags every time I go shopping and then waste he bags afterwards.

What would you change- buy a re useable bag which doesn't brake after a few uses.

What went well - I don't contribute to air pollution.

What would you change - i wanted to go in the car when it rained but i wrapped up warm and put on a waterproof coat and walked.

i helped serve coffee's and tea's and taken payment for my brothers old rugby team

What went well?

The customers got their correct change and was served quickly and efficiently , i gained customer service through this experience.

What would you change ?

i would have engaged more with the customers and made the customer service better.

i work at a takeaway shop where i take pizzas out of the oven , cutting the pizza's , serving customer either on the phone or face to face.

What went well ?

Customers are happy and aren't waiting a while for their order. Customers got their correct change and correct food.

What could you change?

i wouldn't be quiet and shy at first and have more confidence which would improve my communication a lot better and make customers experience a lot better.

i helped packed shopping bags at Asda for my brothers rugby team.

What went well?

No customers had to pack their own bags and it gave them a chance to relax after their shopping.

What could you change?

i would have made conversation with the customer and packed the bags faster so the customer could go home and unpack quicker.

I felt nervous and anxious before I went into my assessment. I was worried I wouldn’t remember any questions. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to answer the questions correctly and appropriately.

During

I felt like I was doing okay and I was answering the questions well and I felt like I was answering the questions to the best of my ability. I was relating the question back to me and my personal experiences.

After

I feel like I did well and that I answered the question correctly and appropriately. I felt like I could have gone into depth with my answers

My work experience is working in a takeaway shop. i take the pizzas out serve customers face to face , serve customers over the phone , taking orders on the app. This has improved my customer service skills because i can talk to customers with confidence.
