My parents had been waiting on me for 5 years. My Mom had fertility treatments over and over. Just when they were about ready to give up, they found out they were pregnant with me. They decided to name me Noah Andrew (Over Augustus Rhodes thank God). My Mom specifically picked out a biblical name. Noah, the man who built a giant ark, in which animals came in 2 by 2 to escape the flood. My name means a lot to me. It is a symbol of my families beliefs in the Bible, and our values. By now, everyone here knows i have a brother (Luke) and a sister (Anna). Both of their names are also from the bible. I do not find myself uncomfortable usually, but there are times when they are speaking another language, that I do find myself unsure of what they are talking about ( not in bad ways, but if they ask me a question, or if we are talking about a certain job). I have so many I could choose from, I could not choose from one. As I was looking around I noticed a Childrens Christmas book that used to be my absolute FAVORITE. The books title is Rocking Horse Christmas, and it is about a boy growing up with his rocking horse. I think that there are ups and downs just like anything. One of the parts that I struggle with the most is trying to reach every student at once. I dont want to have patience, I want everyone to connect with me. Sometimes you are not able to break through to a student on the first or even the 50th time, but you can never stop trying.
