Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to tell you about my neighbour who live in area is poor recycling.

My neighbour are not separate rubbish, although they put all the rubbish in general waste bin. Their bin is easy to full, therefore they use our own bin. We always have no space to put more rubbish inside. However, they will put the rubbish beside the bin. My area is unhygienic and unsightly. I feel unhappy when I pass my area. Could you help me?

Please could you increase the recovery rate for us ? In addition, the neighbours need some education for recycling knowledge.

I am writing a complaint about neighbors in our area who collect rubbish in their garden and do not take it out.

Consequently leads to the spread bad smell as well as attracting insects. This creates unsanitary conditions around in addition of bad effect on the health of people and animals. Furthermore the price of real estate in our area is falling.

I ask you to have a conversation with neighbors about cleaning the garden.
