 Not to mention senior councillors are chosen thus there won’t be many senior councillors to deploy so how would time be managed for it?

Senior scs would need to care more about their studies so how would it be allocated to them? The vetting and explaination will be done by senior scs and wouldn’t that mean that there is a lot of work for the senior scs? How will the excos help?
