My relations with SANA dates back in the late 1990s when SANA was still at Orchard Road area, when I took my cadets to the SANA Course. I have been working with the staff past and present to introduce the programme across our UG units. Now that I have "retired" as an officer and now a staff, I congratulate SANA on its 50th Anniversary.
---Colin Ting (St John)

While I was working under Score in 2019, I always looked forward with my monthly meeting with SANA. It felt like a girl's day out where I can share what I'm going through and discuss my future plans with someone I see like a positive friend. This helps alot especially with someone like me who are surrounded by negative peers. I'm a role model for my family, children & my friends now. Thank you SANA!

I have been with SANA since 1974 brought in by Mr K S Rajah, then SANA VP. Further when I became the then Chairman of [Hindu Aftercare which is now carried out by the Hindu Religious Group of Volunteers (RGV)], the late Mr K S Rajah told me that SANA runs in our blood and we cannot leave it and made me a life member. I, till today, do not regret being a part of SANA, although with all my health and mobility problems. Pray Sana will go on for another half century.

D😍WN MEM😍RY LANE: SANA is an Organisation which has brought many of us volunteers together from all walks of life. Thanks to Coordinators like Thevi, Late Mr.Nathan, Alice, Sarjit, Pat and many others over the years ( latest Mr. Devanandan) who not only trained us to support those who needed our skills - addicts, school dropouts etc but also made us feel like we belonged to a family where we were remembered and treated with love & respect. I joined SANA as a Volunteer along with SINDA in the late 90's and then went on to support MINDS, LIONS BEFRIENDERS, and GRASS ROOTS. However currently I am Volunteering only with SANA & GRASS ROOTS, reason being that our records are maintained, we are trained as per the need of the hour, we feel connected and appreciated and part of a large family. I still remember the 3 days overnight training @ NACLI by SANA in the 90's which enabled us to overcome our fears to connect with the needy whether addicts or student dropouts and gave us the necessary skills to support as and when required. SANA also had experienced seniors like Late.Sundaram, Santosh, Muru, Jalal, Perceival and many others who not only shared their experiences but guided, motivated and connected with us thus ensuring that we remained as a part of the SANA FAMILY. Thanks to all of them the distances we travelled did not matter whether it was to Orchard Boulevard (old office)/ Sengkang ( newoffice) or to meet our cases. Thanks to Mr.Kareem and his Team the momentum has been still maintained and we Volunteers are groomed and ready to support whole heartedly as per the need of the hour. May GOD BLESS SANA - Patron, Management, Staff, Supporting Organisations, Volunteers and all the Blessed bijuwho need our Services. Lots of Love & Heartfelt Thanks, GOD BLESS 💐🙏Lots of Love biju abraham mathew

Joining the SANA operations recently just before Covid-19, we experienced unprecedented changes and challenges during the pandemic. I was immensely grateful for the Staff of SANA being there for us like a pillar of guidance offering aid step-by-step and helping us get help through to our communities. We continue to strive hard and I would like to wish them another 50 years of greatness as they offer their much-needed service to society.
