         <description><![CDATA[<p>Writting: </p><p>          I want to tell about lathe machine because I like it very much. In my school workshop I see many machine, like drilling, milling, grinding, but I think lathe is most interesting. Lathe machine have heavy body, one spindle for rotate the work, one tool post for keep tool, and carriage for move tool. When I use lathe I can make round part, cut surface, make hole or thread. It is very useful for student in mechanical. I think use lathe machine have many step but I say simple step. First step is put the workpiece inside chuck and make it strong tight, because if not tight it can fly out and dangerous. Second step is put cutting tool in the tool post and set it same height with workpiece center. Third step is choose speed, feed, and then turn on the machine. The spindle start rotate and the workpiece move fast. Fourth step is move tool slow and make the cutting. We must careful because tool can break if go too fast. Last step is stop machine, measure the part, and clean chip. When I finish one work I feel very happy because the surface is smooth and round. Sometimes I make mistake, the size not correct, but I learn again and again. I like lathe machine because it not too hard but give many experience.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Writing:</p><p>CNC router is one type of machine that I know and I like. This machine is use for cutting, carving, making shape from material like wood, plastic, sometimes metal also. It work by computer program, so user only need put design inside software and machine can follow that. The machine can move in many direction and do very detail, more good than when people cut by hand. I see many video on internet about CNC router and I feel it really modern. The feature of CNC router is have motor, spindle, table for material, and it connect with computer. With this it can make product look very nice, very exact. One big advantage is it save time and reduce mistake. Worker not need too much strong, just know how to use software. It also can run long hour without feel tired like human. Another good thing is CNC router can do many design same time, good for production and business. But CNC router also have problem. First, it is expensive, not easy for student or small shop to buy. Second, need knowledge about computer and machine, so not all people can use. Third, sometimes need maintenance, clean, and repair, if not it will not run good. In my opinion, CNC router is very useful for school, company, and workshop. It make product fast, exact, and look professional.
