-It is important to understand and have a complete comprehension in reading and writing skills ,so learners will have strong opinions about various subjects and this knowledge will lead them to great academic accomplishment.

There are many ways we as educators can follow to engage students to be thoughtful and internationally open-minded. Here are some of them:

1-Decorate classes with different cultural symbols and materials.

2-Celebrate international events to spot the light on this part of diversity.

3-Integrate lessons with other subjects from different countries like history, literature, geography, and philosophy.

4-Encourage students to research, debate, and discuss different topics that are globally.

5-Assigns projects with peers and classmates from different countries to create a sense of collaboration and admiration among them.

6-Motivate learners to talk about their culture and background. This will boost their belonging and rootedness.

-Recently, my school has been tried to take the authorization of IB program so it is getting prepared with the teachers to follow different ways of transdisciplinary learning like mingling subjects together and creating opportunities for children to engage in real-world problem solving.
-Transdisciplinary learning takes place through communication among students and teachers and when students are able to transfer their learning into new situations.
-For upcoming units of inquiry, we can engage students in projects and assure that they connect with real-world challenges. We can also broaden the students' understanding of different cultures and global issues. We can design units that spark curiosity and motivate students to start asking questions and lead their own investigation to reach information. Personally, I always try to refer to other subjects when i teach such as science and Arabic language , but honestly not all lessons have similar points to be shared.
-To implement changes I can easily schedule regular meetings with the team to discus the upcoming inquiry units and set the goals. Collaboration among teachers will be a great model for students and enforce them to work together.
