Bhd. My working time is from 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. every Monday to Friday. On Saturday, my working time is from 9.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Yii Wen had introduce me to all my colleagues and asked Yean teach me about database. On the first day of SIEP, I learn to key in customer data through an online website which is Global Business Solution. This website is for business use, which can easily record all the data which use in the business such as customer data, employee data, visa data and other. My custom work is key in all the customer data which join the tour from October 2016 to December 2016. I also need to scan customers' passport as the evidence for the data that I key in.

We had reach the place before 9.30 a.m. for set up the furniture or decorations such as tables, chairs, tables counter and shelves. We had put a lot efforts in this event. We have t make sure that the services provided is the best. The crowd visit is like an unending flow. I have give the fliers to people who visit or pass by. I have learn to explain or promote our products to customer. Mostly describe the schedule and special things to them

I just do the things like yesterday. I have also help customer to fill up a form for the lucky draw of MATTA Fair 2017. Besides, I have guide them to the specific counter to take the form. Customers need to paid at least RM 500 deposit to get 1 form.
After this event, we had clean up all the things and go for celebration.

I feel grateful that I have a chance to process SIEP 1.
My colleagues had give a lot of help during the time I worked here. They never hide anything and willing to teach me more than my expectation. During this time, I had meet many nice people, from my general manager until customer. 
I am grate that I had not make them disappointed since I had completed my task on time and can do more works except my task.

P.S. The most special thing that I experience during these time is the birthday celebration of one of my colleagues which is Ms. Ang (normally call her RouRou or Wan Rou).
