         <description><![CDATA[<div>Too many kids (and far too many little girls) claim to "be bad" at math, science, tech. Using technology to create exploration is the key- it is not about the answer, but the process. It's not the what, but the how. Hands on learning through technology is all about trial and error. It takes the focus off the "right" answer. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think my strongest area is currently standard 1: facilitate and inspire student learning and creativity. I can find exciting ways to bring subjects to life or pair lessons with interactive games and/or assignments, but while this is my strongest area- I feel like I have a lot of room to grow here too. Everything changes so quickly- it's hard to keep up. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The standard that represents the biggest opportunity for growth for me is standard 3: model digital age work and learning. I need to MAKE time to check out different tools to communicate and work hard to model the integration of new technology in my teaching. I also really want to take advantage of a tool out there that gives me real-time data on the progress and knowledge of my students.</div>]]></description>
