         <description><![CDATA[<div>In this picture there is one coworker yelling at another. There are many factors that come into play when this happens in the work place (stresses at home, work overload, they may not be able to handle criticism, blame game etc.) However if you are the one being yelled at the best approach is to:<br><br>a) DO NOT engage or react immediately. More times than not, this will become a screaming match.<br><br>b)STOP and THINK. This is an important step that you take to analyze the situation once they have stopped yelling. Was this directed toward you? (yelling directly at you, pointing, in your face?) or ( yelling at someone else, the group as a whole or just having a meltdown?)<br><br>c)WHAT IS THE APPROACH? Do you wait it out, then go and speak with them? Do you go to your manager/supervisor? Do you write them a memo? You should think about how to approach this person about what happened and why it happened.<br><br>d)MOVE PASSED THE ISSUE. It is important to resolve the issue, however, you do not want to "hold a grudge" and make the workplace tense and uncomfortable.<br> </div>]]></description>
