         <description><![CDATA[<p>With the help of this article i was able to get more of the facts and the psychological side of things. In a study focusing on 12- to 15-year-olds in the United States, spending three hours a day using social media was linked to a higher risk of mental health concerns. That study was based on data collected in 2013 and 2014 from more than 6,500 participants. This article also focused on more of the negative side effects on screens and social media. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>This article shows how teens and screens and the effect on mental health. This showed how social media is strongly linked to self-esteem. To boost self-esteem and feel a sense of belonging in their social circles, people post content with the hope of receiving positive feedback. Couple that content with the structure of potential future reward, and you get a recipe for constantly checking platforms.</p>]]></description>
